I started this website after seeing so many amazing photographers doing this. Most of them are doing self portraits, but I decided that I wanted to do the best of the best pictures. I hope that this gallery will inspire you to pick up your camera daily to find the loves of your life.
I thought it only appropriate for me to start with my love...my daughter.
Day 2, July 8, 2007:
Well, I took a ton of pictures today at one of the most beautiful places in Orange County, Modjeska Canyon with my friends, Felicia & Claudia, and I didn't come back with one that I thought, "Wow! This is worthy of the Photo of the Day." Bummer!
So this is basically how I felt about my photo shoot. By the way, this is not a self-portrait!

Day 4, July 10, 2007:
Here is another photo from my trip to Modjeska Canyon. I really thought it is probably one of my favorites so I thought it should be shared.
I hope you enjoy. You can see more photos like this one in the

Day 1, July 7, 2007:
Today, we spent the day hiking in Forest Falls, California. Amelia was able see trout, dragonflies, birds, pine cones and much more. In this photo, she is completely covered with dirt. What looks like freckles, is dirt!
This picture shows the wonder that she has about everything that she does...or perhaps just the sheer exhaustion from hiking for 3 miles.

Day 43, September 3, 2007
Disneyland 1/2 Marathon
Today, we ran in the Disneyland Half Marathon. It was hot, hot, hot, but I was able to finish the race. This is me in front of the Castle. You can tell how hot it is because this is only Mile 2.5 and I already look as if I am going to die.
Day 27, August 7, 2007
Colorful Cousins
While in Chicago, we went the the Kohl's Children's Museum which was absolutely amazing. The children were able to do craft projects using magnets and metal objects and paint...very messy, but a really cool concept.
This is after we allowed them to color their faces. I think that Landon could be part of the Blue Man group especially if we had allowed him to stay there longer. He would have been completely blue from head to toe.
