july 24, 2007 our trip to chicago

Today, we are off to Chicago to visit the cousins (Brighton, Hayden & Landon), Auntie Shelley, Uncle Brad, Gigi & P-Pops as well as other extended family. Amelia and I are so excited to be reunited with our family since we only get to see them around twice a year. This trip will be really a lot of fun because it will be the first time that Amelia will really remember and be able to comprehend everything as a little person.

She is so excited to fly on an airplane and keeps telling everyone that she will need to flap her arms thanks to John B at church. He told her that she had to do that to help the plane get off the ground. But more importantly, when you ask her who she is going to see, her eyes light up and she says in the softest little whisper, "Brighton, Landon, Hayden."
