  • July 4, 2007 <br /> <br /> This is my only photo that is not a flower from fourth of July this year. We spent the afternoon with Darren's family at their house for one last get together before they moved to Colorado. We all had a wonderful time as you can see by the exhaustion on Amelia's face. <br /> <br /> That evening we watched fireworks from Jim's driveway as our usual tradition and this was really the first year that Amelia understood what was going on. She kept calling them firework stars which of course is just the cutest thing. The first couple of booms she jumped about 50 feet, but then just giggled and said, "Scared me." She had a great time, but didn't want to leave mommy's lap for the entire fireworks show. She talked about the fireworks for days and still will bring it up in conversation every once in a while.

  • July 13, 2007 <br /> <br /> This was taken of Brigton and Landon at Brighton's Cub Scout Camp Dinner. Brighton got that hat at the dinner. The boys look like little hillbillies, which is so funny since my sister, Shelley, is the farthest thing from that...total city girl.
